Our practitioners are trained in classical and clinical homeopathic medicine. Homeopathy is a complementary approach to healthcare and our Services are intended to support your overall wellness journey.

4.2 Not Medical Advice

Information provided through our Platform, including educational content, blog posts, and general health articles, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. You should always consult with a qualified healthcare professional regarding your specific health conditions. Our practitioners provide recommendations based on homeopathic principles and do not replace the care of a licensed medical doctor.

A formal practitioner-patient relationship is established only after an initial consultation has been completed and a treatment plan has been proposed and accepted. Our practitioners reserve the right to decline service to any individual at their professional discretion. Patients may discontinue treatment at any time by providing written notice to the clinic.

5. Appointments and Cancellations

5.1 Booking

Appointments can be booked through our Platform, by email at support@ssrhomeo.buzz, or by calling +1 (225) 998-6776. All appointments are subject to availability. Confirmation of your appointment will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

5.2 Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation fees will be waived in cases of medical emergency upon presentation of appropriate documentation.

5.3 Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for a scheduled appointment, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. The full session fee will still apply. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment may be treated as a no-show.

5.4 Remote Consultations

Remote consultations are conducted via secure video conferencing through our Platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection, a compatible device, and a private space for the duration of the consultation. Technical failures on the patient's end do not qualify for refunds unless the issue persists for more than 50% of the scheduled session time.

6. Fees and Payment

6.1 Service Fees

Current fees for our services are published on our Platform and are subject to change. The applicable fee for a service is the price displayed at the time of booking. All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified.

6.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our Platform. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors. SSR Homeopathy Inc. does not store full payment card details on its servers.

6.3 Insurance and Receipts

We provide official receipts for all services rendered that may be submitted to private insurance providers for reimbursement. SSR Homeopathy Inc. does not directly bill insurance companies. It is your responsibility to verify your insurance coverage for homeopathic services.

6.4 Refund Policy

Refunds for services are issued in accordance with our cancellation policy. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to address your concerns. Refunds for prepaid treatment packages are available for unused sessions within 30 days of purchase, less a 10% administrative fee.

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality including but not limited to all text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof are owned by SSR Homeopathy Inc., its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any right to:

By using our Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that Health Data collected during consultations is necessary for providing homeopathic care and maintaining professional healthcare records.

SSR Homeo, as the platform developer and technical operator, processes data on behalf of SSR Homeopathy Inc. under strict data processing agreements. All Health Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to authorized practitioners and technical personnel on a need-to-know basis.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not make any representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Platform.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SSR HOMEOPATHY INC., ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PRACTITIONERS, OR THE DEVELOPER (SSR HOMEO) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Homeopathic services provided through SSR Homeopathy Inc. are complementary in nature. Results from homeopathic treatment vary between individuals. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes or cures. Our practitioners exercise professional judgment in providing recommendations, but the Company is not liable for health outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of prescribed remedies or treatments.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SSR Homeopathy Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, practitioners, licensors, and service providers (including SSR Homeo) from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to any use other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services that are not owned or controlled by SSR Homeopathy Inc. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any third-party content, goods, or services.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform and Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may contact us at support@ssrhomeo.buzz.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination including payment obligations for services already rendered.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Victoria, British Columbia in accordance with the Arbitration Act (British Columbia). The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our Platform with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, by sending notice to the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of modified Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be changed and interpreted so as to best accomplish the objectives of the original provision to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

No waiver by the Company of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of the Company to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by us on the Platform, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and SSR Homeopathy Inc. regarding the Platform and Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Platform and Services.
